Yesterday, I heard Billy Connolly say that every man at some time in his life has dug a hole for no reason and no woman ever has. I'm still looking for a counter-example!
My son dug his "first hole for no reason" at the age of 9. My daughter has climbed things for no reason, but I guess that is a different challenge.
When it comes to that drive it's been said, "a woman needs a reason, but a man just needs a place." And my dad explained it to me once as "Son, sex is like pizza. When it's good; it's great. When it's bad; it's still pretty good."
