Looks altered to me. I don't see a tire? Reminds me of a program from years ago that allowed you to make spheres, water, other landscape type of objects with reflective properties. I can't think of its name now. I think it started with a B.

You don't have to out bike the competition. You just have to angle your wheel the right way so you blind them.
